What does £299 upfront + £59 per month cover?
Your agreed website package can include design, booking or enquiry functionality, domain setup and management, hosting, professional email, Google Workspace Business Standard, security and SSL, maintenance, technical support and small content updates. We confirm the scope in your proposal.
What counts as a small update?
Examples include changes to wording, images, services and business information. The monthly allowance and support arrangements will be agreed in your proposal. Larger changes and new functionality are scoped separately.
Who owns the website and domain?
Ownership, account access and any handover arrangements will be set out in your written proposal before you commit. Ask us to walk through these with you.
Is there a minimum term, and how do I cancel?
The minimum commitment, notice period and what happens to your website, domain and email after cancellation will be agreed in your proposal before you start.
How long does the website take to build?
We agree a delivery schedule once we understand the pages, booking requirements and content you need. Your proposal will set out the timeline and what we need from you.
Are VAT and multiple email accounts included?
The £59 monthly package includes one Google Workspace Business Standard user. Additional users are quoted separately. Your proposal will confirm the applicable VAT treatment.
Is a bespoke application included?
Bespoke applications and management systems are quoted separately. They can be connected with your website according to the agreed brief.
